2. Once you’ve found your item, let us know what condition it the condition of your phone by answering a few questions.
3. Final step is to Accept the offer and Print out your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to the box you’ll be using, and carefully pack and mail your device to us.
4. Get paid! Once we get that phone,after inspection, we will mail you a Check or deposit the money into your PayPal account. The choice is yours!

Should I worry about the personal data on the cell phones?
It is recommended to wipe your data before sending us.But Rapid BuyBack will remove and destroy any personal data from the devices we receive. We will do a factory reset of all cell phones which removes things like contacts, pictures, etc. and we will destroy the data on memory cards using software that follows the R2 certification guidelines.All the sim cards will be shredded.

How long is the quote guarantee?
Quotes from rapidbuyback.com are good as long as we receive your item(s) within 30 days of the day once you create a quote. After 30 days if you quote expired because you didn’t send the product to us then you can start again with different quote.
What happens after I send in my product?
Once we receive your product our trained technicians will complete a functional inspection on your device within two (2) business days.
How long does it take to get payment?
We issue payment right after inspection of your device.Checks will be mailed via USPS from 2-5 business days of the device being inspection complete. Paypal deposit will be made within two (2) business days of the device being inspection complete.
How about my phone doesn’t power on or it has water damage is it still worth sending?
Definitely YES, especially if it is a higher-end or NEWER MODELS phone, it still may be worth something. And if it isn’t, we’ll let you know and offer to recycle it properly.
Can I track my package while on it's way to Rapid Buyback?
Do I need to remove the SIM card from my phone or iPad?
We strongly recommend that you remove the SIM card from your phone oe ipad before sending it to us. Normally sim cards stores information.And also by removing your SIM card, you protect your private service-subscriber key and free your phone to be resold on the second-hand market.
But for some reason if we find sim card in your device we are required to destroy them in an effort to protect your privacy and to follow our data destruction policy.
How to prepare my device to ship to Rapid buyback?
To ensure the fastest possible processing and payment for your device, please review the checklist.
1. If you chose an “unlocked” phone, make sure to complete the unlocking process through your carrier.
2. Deactivate Service
3. If your device has cellular service, remove SIM card or deactivate through your carrier and pay the balance of your bill.
4. Turn Off Device Tracking (i.e. Find My iPhone, Samsung Reactivation Lock) and remove password.
This can restrict the device to your account and prevent us from inspecting it. For Apple device, turn it off in the iCloud settings menu.
For Samsung phones, check the Security Settings.
Save Your Data.
Backup your photos and files. If your device has an SD card, remove it. We will remove all personal data from the device.
How to deactivate "Find My iPhone" before shipping to Rapid BuyBack.
